Stopped by all the ones on my blogger list to day to touch base and say hi. Many have not been written in for some time, others are no longer available. So much has happened in my life these last two years that I wonder "why" I still have not been able to express much of it. To many unanswered questions and to many emotions I needed to learn about.
Things are ok, and I mean Ok, just ok...
I did get one of those phone calls that always makes my heart happy. A woman who I have been the contact for when she was lost, called to talk about so much that is in her life now. And when she says that so much of it is because I was there, it reassures me why Lady Jz Talk Zone remains an online world still. Reminds me that the goal was always so that if a person reached out and needed a voice in the dark, they would find one.
It was an email from Lynn at ManyVoicesPress.com asking me if someone could call me. For this woman just knowing and hearing that someone else feels the same and has all the same crazy things to talk about saved her from that hospital. Her life is good right now and I'm glad that I could give her hope during that time, and glad that she could call today and share how far she has come from that moment.
This is why we are out here, and it has been all the others out here that help me get through this time in my life.
